Problem defining

1. Course description

Problem Defining solves one of the most common (and expensive) business situations: Fighting symptoms, rather than the root cause, of a major problem.

Failure to define a root problem at the beginning leads to expensive solutions with no real or lasting results. With Problem Defining, your team can pinpoint the root cause early, saving time, money, and needless frustration.

It’s time to bring clarity to your biggest problems, no matter their size or complexity. And a problem must be defined before it can be solved.
